How much does a usual trip to the Apple “Genius Bar” cost?
Question by : How much does a usual trip to the Apple “Genius Bar” cost?
I have this 2nd Generation ipod that won’t turn on. I went to Apple the other day, and they recommended i make a reservation with their technician or “Genius Bar”, but i was hesitant to do it, ‘cuz i have no idea how much it costs. I can get a good replacement on Amazon for about . Can i do similarly or better with the technician?

I thought it was in the late 70′s, but I don’t know the reason as to why it was nicknamed the “big apple”.
I just googled it, and dummy here, I always check google first when trying to find an answer.
I guess I was trying to see how many people actually knew this.

It was first popularized in the 1920s by John J. Fitz Gerald, a sports writer for the New York Morning Telegraph. Its popularity since the 1970s is due to a promotional campaign by the New York Convention and Visitors Bureau, known now as NYC & Company.
